Fantastic facilities, brilliant staff and an amazing day out
Foxlake Adventures的点评
点评：I visited Foxlake Adventures in mid-July as a carer with two children aged 17 and 13. We booked the inflatable aqua park and the Ringo experience, and all three of us had an absolutely fantastic time.
Firstly, Foxlake provided a complimentary carer place, which was brilliant and made the experience much more accessible and inclusive. I contacted the centre by email beforehand, and the process was incredibly straightforward. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful throughout the booking process.
The car park was conveniently located close to the centre, with disabled parking spaces even nearer to the entrance. Check-in was easy, and we were extremely impressed by the facilities. Everything was clean, spacious and well organised. Wetsuits were disinfected and cleaned after every use, while helmets and life jackets were readily available. Staff were on hand to distribute all the equipment, and despite visiting at a busy time, there were no significant queues.
The café and converted train area created such a cool, relaxed atmosphere and added something special to the venue.
We then headed over to the inflatable aqua park. There were plenty of younger children taking part, but the park is large enough that everyone has plenty of space and there was very little waiting around. The water was cold, as expected, but it was very clean and the wetsuits did their job.
We had an absolute blast on the inflatables. Being able to jump and attempt somersaults from the mountain was fantastic fun, and the staff were friendly and encouraging throughout.
Afterwards, we took part in the Ringo experience, which we enjoyed even more. It was fast, exciting and an absolute laugh from beginning to end. The staff member operating it really added to the experience and made it great fun for everyone. I would highly recommend adding this to your visit.
It is quite an expensive attraction, particularly when booking more than one activity, but we felt it was well worth the money. The quality of the facilities, excellent organisation, helpful staff and amount of fun we had made it feel like a genuinely worthwhile experience.
The only useful thing to be aware of is that the lockers require your own padlock. We had missed this information before arriving, so make sure you bring one with you.
Overall, the facilities are incredible, the staff are excellent and the activities are fantastic fun. We cannot recommend Foxlake Adventures highly enough and will absolutely be returning. A very easy five stars.
