Fantastic front of house staff!
Grand Theatre的点评
点评：I went to see We Will Rock You at The Grand yesterday with my mother-in-law and daughter. Although our journey there was definitely more stressful than we had planned, the staff were wonderful.
Unfortunately, our taxi let us down and we then had significant problems with parking apps. I was able to drop family off, and they were kindly helped to their seats just as the curtain was going up.
The parking issue itself couldnt be resolved until the following day despite my efforts and by the time I was ready to go in, the show had been going 20 minutes.
The security staff were so friendly, kind and reassuring. They were keen to get me into the theatre, but we had such good seats right in the centre that there was no way I was going to walk in and disturb everyone!
I was planning to wait until the interval, but the staff didn't give up on me. Security went into the performance, and a lovely steward came out to speak to me. She immediately understood why I was reluctant to go in and found me a seat to the side so that I could still enjoy the show with minimal disruption to others.
They could easily have accepted that I would wait until the interval, but instead they found a solution that allowed me to enjoy the performance.
I've never been to The Grand before, but we will definitely be back. Hopefully next time it will be a much less stressful journey!
What I saw of the theatre was lovely, great sound and lighting and our seats were comfortable with a good amount of legroom. The show and cast were fantastic!

我原本打算等到中场休息时再进去，但安保人员始终没有放弃帮我。最后，安保人员亲自带我进入了演出厅。一位非常贴心的服务人员走出来和我交谈。她立刻明白了我为何不愿进去，于是为我安排了一个旁边的座位，这样我既能欣赏演出，又不会打扰到其他人。
他们本可以让我等到中场休息再进场，但他们却想出了一个办法，让我能够尽情享受演出。
我以前从未去过“The Grand”，但我们一定会再来的。希望下次的行程能轻松许多吧！我看到的剧院环境十分不错：音响和灯光效果都很出色，我们的座位也很舒适，腿部空间也足够。演出和演员的表现都棒极了！
衷心感谢所有保安及前台工作人员，你们既友善又善解人意。正是因为有你们，原本紧张得让人焦虑的体验才变得轻松许多。
