Aqualava Waterpark的点评
点评：If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
It’s dirty, overpriced and I saw lifeguards at their stations for all of 10 minutes before they all disappeared and when they were there, they were back faced to the pools having a chat and not paying attention. We had one life guard let 5 kids push my 3 year old out the way when it was her turn on the slide and allowing kids to climb up the actual slide itself. It also advertises free sun beds, but there are no sun beds only deck chairs.
I have been to many water parks all over the world and never had any issues until I visited here. The pools have a thick green line of algae along the sides and the water for the aqua bowl slide was green and cloudy. The floor is covered in thick black dirt and stains and in places is so slippery from grime.
The food is extremely expensive and one of the restaurant staff members was allowing residents and children/teenagers to walk in with swimwear but would pick on the English and tell them to leave until we get changed. It’s a water park for gods sake, nobody is going to change out of swimwear for lunch at 12:30 to then get changed back into swimwear and the one outside food ordering screen was out of order.
One of the raft slides, when adults rode went so far up the wall of the slide that the edge of the raft would go off the edge of the slide slightly and almost tip over. Looked like a recipe for disaster and that’s coming from someone who has done all the big slides at the likes of Siam Park Tenerife, Land of Legends Turkey etc.. that are way more extreme than any of the slides here.
I visited Rancho Texas 2 day before coming here and if I’m completely honest, you’re better off going there as the waterpark area although small, is fantastic. Extremely clean and staff are very friendly/vigilant.
The man we spoke to regarding our complaints however was very friendly and apologetic and gave us a refund (although we booked through an excursions place so still lost out on €35).

其中一个漂流滑梯……当成年人乘坐时，筏子会上升到滑梯壁的很高位置，以至于筏子边缘会稍微超出滑梯边缘，几乎要翻倒。这看起来简直就是灾难的预兆——而说这话的人可是体验过特内里费岛的暹罗公园、土耳其的Land of Legends等地方的各类大型滑梯的人，那些滑梯的刺激性远远超过这里的任何一个滑梯。
我在来这里的两天前刚去过Rancho Texas，说实话……你最好还是去那里吧，虽然水上乐园区域不大，但体验极佳。那里极其干净，工作人员也非常友善且细心。
不过，我们就投诉事宜与之交谈的那位男士倒是非常友好且诚恳道歉，还给我们办理了退款（不过由于我们是通过旅游中介预订的，还是损失了35欧元）。
