£350 wasted for us helicopter broken/postponed

点评：I booked the 'magic and mountains' tour as part of a birthday trip for my husband's 40th birthday last October. Needed a particular date so emailed the company before-hand to check availability. I was told that the date was available, but not guaranteed until booked. So I bought the voucher, and then tried to book. Was only at this point informed that the helicopter was missing a part and all flights suspended until further notice. Incredibly frustrating - i emailed them about it and was told everyone was in the same position (they weren't). We have now a month until the voucher expires, and have booked another AirBnB and now this morning rang to check if going ahead - and not even the courtesy of a phone call to be informed (via their voicemail) that the flight today is postponed. Wish I had never booked. Unless you book on the day, or are local (which we aren't) it is a waste if money unless you are very lucky! (I've attached a photo of today's conditions for reference of the weather conditions)
