Very disappointing experience at Aqua Sana Sherwood Forest.

点评：We paid £199 per person for the spa experience, plus additional treatment costs, and unfortunately the facilities were nowhere near the standard expected for a premium spa.
During our visit there was a strong sewage-like smell in parts of the spa, dirty towels left around the facilities, overflowing sanitary bins, soaking wet relaxation beds upstairs that were unusable, missing toilet roll in some areas, and hair left in the shower facilities. Overall, the spa environment felt unclean and poorly maintained, which completely ruined the relaxing experience we had paid for.
The treatments themselves were acceptable, however the wider spa facilities and cleanliness standards were extremely disappointing.
What has made the experience even more frustrating is the handling of the complaint afterwards. I submitted a formal complaint following our visit and initially received no response for nearly two weeks. After eventually receiving a goodwill offer and requesting a monetary refund instead, I was later advised via live chat that Guest Services would respond “as soon as they can today,” however no response was received.
As regular Center Parcs visitors, this was very disappointing and unfortunately not the standard we have experienced previously.
