Lovely spa but disappointing facial was in reception area not in treatment room

点评：Lovely stream room and sauna experiences in the spa. Liked the forest sauna most but got very busy at certain times.
I had a facial but was disappointed that it look place next to the reception area in a chair. Noisy, cold and not relaxing! Not at all what I was expecting but the actual facial was very nice but not the atmosphere. I raised my feedback though and they were helpful.
The body brush, neck and head massage in the treatment room/ spa area were very good and would recommend.
The sleeping session was good but having spent around 15 minutes in there at the start, no instructor had arrived so someone had to go and check with reception. Was good when it finally went ahead though.
As others have mentioned, it does get busy so you have to spend time walking around to find the areas that are less busy.
