点评：Disappointed with my visit yesterday.. when paying the lady on reception stated that only food & drink bought on the premises can be consumed.. I replied “no problem”. I had a small carrier bag with me that contained a couple nappies, wipes and a packet of crisps.. the lady had obviously spotted these and said to my two young children “yeah so have a nice time and enjoy that snacks that mummy has bought you…. I’m not stupid!” .. what a bizarre thing to say to two young children?! I replied that they won’t eat them there, they were for the car journey home. I thought this was extremely rude and unnecessary comment so I certainly won’t be rushing back if that’s how the staff talk to people. Also I think the height/age range needs to be rethought as there was some older boys being extremely rough with my 5 year old son.. they kept pushing him over from behind and at one point a child wrapped his legs around my sons neck! Totally unacceptable behaviour so wasn’t a great experience sadly.

翻译：昨天的体验让我很失望……付款时，前台女士说只有在店里购买的食物和饮料才能食用。我回应道：“没问题。”我当时带着一个小手提袋，里面装着几片尿布、湿纸巾和一包薯片。那位女士显然注意到了这些，于是对我的两个年幼的孩子说：“好了，好好玩吧，尽情享用妈妈给你们买的零食吧……我可没傻哦！”对着两个小孩子说这种话也太奇怪了吧？！我回答说那些食物不是给在那里吃的，是留着回家路上在车里吃的。我觉得这种评论极其无礼且毫无必要，如果员工都这样跟顾客说话，我绝对不会再光顾了。另外，我觉得对身高/年龄的限定标准也需要重新考虑——当时有几个年龄稍大的男孩对我的5岁儿子极其粗鲁……他们不停地从背后推倒他，甚至有个孩子还用腿缠住了我儿子的脖子！这种行为完全不可接受，很遗憾这次体验并不好。
