点评：Unfortunately my teenage son was a victim of paying for parking but getting £100 fine through the post. Luckily he kept the ticket even though it was a few weeks ago so appealed but something needs to be done about this. It's as if the parking company are sending out fines using the car park camera number plate recognition system just to see if anyone will pay the fine-maybe hoping people paid by cash and then disposed of the ticket a month later so the payment can't be traced.
How many vulnerable people have been conned by these people? Whitworth Centre shame on you... you need to look after your customers better. If the car park is owned by you then do something about the parking company you are using. In the mean time we sadly advise just don't go...maybe something will then be done about these con artists!
