An outstanding spa experience, with exceptional service!
Camelot Spa Intercontinental Johannesburg O.r. Tambo Airport的点评
点评：I had the pleasure of visiting the Camelot Spa during my stay at the InterContinental Johannesburg O.R. Tambo Airport, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the experience from beginning to end.
The spa and pool area were immaculate, beautifully maintained and extremely pleasant, with the pool water at a very comfortable temperature.
What particularly impressed me was the extraordinary attention paid to cleanliness, presentation and safety.
I noticed a staff member constantly drying the floor around the pool to prevent guests from slipping, while also taking great care to ensure that the towels placed on the sun loungers were perfectly arranged.
Another staff member was meticulously cleaning a table to ensure that no marks were left behind.
These may seem like small details, but they say a great deal about the care and dedication of the team and their commitment to providing the best possible guest experience.
The facilities were excellent, including a very clean steam room and convenient lockers for personal belongings.
I initially had some difficulty locking my locker, but a staff member was immediately available to show me how to use it.
One small suggestion for improvement would be to display a simple notice explaining how to operate the electronic locks, including the number of digits required for the PIN code. Fresh fruit juices and several varieties of muffins were also available for guests, which was another lovely touch.
A very special thank you to Dimie at the spa reception for her warm welcome, kindness and professionalism, and especially to Rebone, my spa therapist, for an outstanding one-hour massage.
Rebone was warm, attentive and highly professional, while also being wonderfully engaging and genuinely funny.
She created a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere without ever becoming overly familiar, and the quality of the treatment itself was excellent.
The entire experience was made even more remarkable by the exceptional value for money.
My warmest congratulations and thanks to Rebone, Dimie and the entire Camelot Spa team for such a wonderful experience.
