点评：I had the pleasure of spending the weekend at Oakerwood Activity Centre as a parent supporting my twins during a Heart Heroes charity event, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience.
The food was lovely, the activities were fantastic, and the atmosphere throughout the weekend was warm, welcoming, and full of positivity. The staff and volunteers were amazing, making sure everyone felt supported, encouraged, and included.
It was especially lovely to see that anyone who arrived feeling nervous or unsure was given the time, reassurance, and support they needed to join in and enjoy themselves. That feeling of being included is so important. This is the case not only for activity weekends like this, but for life in general.
A huge thank you to everyone at Oakerwood for creating such a memorable experience, and to Heart Heroes for everything they do to bring families together and make every child and parent feel valued. We had a fantastic weekend and made memories we'll treasure.
