No one there when we arrived...Slushy - Great,

点评：A complaint I saw numerous times in reviews.. No one was there to let you in at the gate. If you expect us to be there 15 minutes early or charge us an extra $15 if we are late, the staff should be there to let us in. Instead of getting eaten up by mosquitoes while waiting for someone to answer inside. A young gentleman finally walked up to let us in as he was just arriving to work. That being said, this is my third time going. I went with my boys when you could get an add-on to 'play' with cubs, and the 'normal' tour included holding the otters and the capuchins, so it has been a while. This time I took my husband and stepson/son.
Once we started our tour, 'Slushy' was very informative, a great tour guide. She took her time to explain all the animals and made sure everyone had time with the animals in the gazebo as we were joined with another tour when we reached that point.
