点评：I wanted to share my experience on AUG 12 2026. I have been to the tea house a few times last year , but this time was very disappointing. Firstly. the service is terrible 3 girls up front all walking around doing absolutely nothing. it took us over 15 min to even get a server to come over. when we finally order we waited another 15 mins to get our tea which came after we received our bowls of soup. Most disappointing was the food, the scones were dry and bland and appears to be make out of bisquick, the sandwiches were boring and flavorless.The deserts were small and dried out ,and only 3 tiny pieces, nothing like what was served in the past. Everything was microwaved as I could see directly into the kitchen as I watched what I think was the Manager eating a sandwich over the food prep site while talking to the cook as she was preparing food. Honestly I should report that to the Health Board. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED as there was an increase in price by $7.00 per person from last year and we received way less food that was bland and microwaved. Also you should take note of the dress attire of your servers .Cowboy boots that were full of hot glue on the toes that had rocks glued to them but have all had fallen off except for one. not sure this is proper foot wear for a teahouse. I will never come again.
翻译：我想分享一下我在2026年8月12日的经历。去年我去过那家茶屋几次，但这次真的让我大失所望。首先，服务极其糟糕——前台有三个女孩，都只是漫无目的地走来走去，什么活都不干。我们等了15分钟以上才终于有服务员过来。点完单后，我们又等了15分钟才拿到茶，而此时汤碗早已被端上桌了。最让人失望的还是食物本身。那些司康饼又干又没味道，看起来是用预拌面粉制作的；三明治也很乏味，毫无风味可言。甜点则又小又干，只有三小块而已，完全比不上以前提供的规格。由于我能直接看到厨房内部，发现所有食物都是用微波炉加热的。当时，那位看似经理的人一边和正在备菜的厨师交谈，一边就在备餐区吃着三明治。说真的，我觉得这种情况应该向卫生部门举报。我极为失望：今年每人费用比去年增加了7美元，但我们得到的食物却少得可怜，而且味道平淡无味，明显是经过微波炉加热的。此外，贵店还应留意服务员的着装。他们穿着的牛仔靴鞋尖处沾满了热熔胶，还粘着小石子，不过现在除了一个之外其他都掉光了。我实在不觉得这种鞋履适合出现在茶室里。我再也不会光顾了。
