Very friendly, and highly attentive.
New Theatre的点评
点评：We went to see "Thespians" by the Mischief Theatre - I wont discuss the play (which was excellent) because the theatre has no control over the production.
When we arrived, we were VERY early, and the front-of-house staff we not ready to open the bar. However, they went out of their way to offer seating and comfort to my wife who has mobility difficulties. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, smiling and welcoming.
The bar had complimentary water dispenses - essential during the current hot weather. A great idea, and much appreciated. When we collected our interval glasses of wine, an additional glass of ice was supplied allowing us the choice. Again, small gestures which improve the experience for the guests.
I first assumed that the ice glass was for my soft drink, and that they had forgotted to add the lemonade. I visited a helpful lady behind a VERY busy bar, and she politely informed me that I was incorrect, the ice was for the drink, and my lemonade was elsewhere. I told her that it was missing, and she quickly poured another, without question or delay. I only received what I paid for, but the manner in which the issue was corrected was flawless.
