My Bella Vita Travel的点评
点评：My husband and I were going to be attending a wedding in Italy and we decided now would be a good time to incorporate into our trip a heritage tour as both our ancestors came from the Calabria Region. In my online search I found My Bella Vita Travel, which specialize in tours in the Calabria Region! After reading up on the company and reading reviews I really felt that this company would be a good match for what we were trying to achieve. So I reached out to them to have an initial google chat with Cherrye Moore, the owner of the company. She spoke very good English as she is originally from the states! After discussing with her our idea she assured me that they could help design an itinerary that would work seamlessly around our family wedding. So I went ahead and made the initial deposit. We were then connected with Gianluca Muzzilo who would be our travel specialist. He was fantastic! We dealt with him over the course of a couple months putting together our itinerary. He was always quick to reply to our emails but was also available whenever we needed to discuss anything in better detail via google chat. He was easy to work with and felt like he could be a member of our own family . During the course of our planning we were assigned a heritage specialist name Domenico Boi. He ultimately would also be our tour guide during our trip. I cannot say enough good things about Domenico! My Bella Vita arranged all our hotels stays, personalized tours, and provided all or transportation from one place to the next. This included personal car service and train travel, but important to note they do not book any air travel, this you will do on your own. It is also important to be able to provide as much family history as you can to assist them in doing any heritage research. Once everything was arranged we were provided a complete itinerary with all the info we will need. But if any issues should arise you are also assigned a trip manager who you can reach out to 24/7 if needed. Once we arrived in Italy everything went pretty smooth. And then once we met our our tour guide Domenico, we knew we made the right choice. He is very knowledgeable with the Calabria region. During the 1st phase of our trip we had coordinated on our own meeting realatives of my husbands in Reggio Calabria he had never met before. They did not speak much English, but Domenico was there for us every step of the way acting as our translator which prove to be a valuable necessity! We also visited other cities and did tours in Reggio, attending the verginità zmuseum which were nothing short of amazing. We loved every minute!
