点评：Right, so we had Chris as our “London expert”, and from the outset we were met with a genuinely professional yet personable welcome. Everything was handled with clarity and ease, from straight forward guidance through security.. To a well-structured outline of the tour itself. What stood out most, was Chris’s openness. He actively encouraged us to ask him absolutely anything about London, whether it was tour related or not, and every answer felt thoughtful, informed, and tailored to us rather than rehearsed and generic.
He gave excellent recommendations on the kinds of cuisine we’d enjoy based on our preferences, explained how to navigate the evening in a cost-effective way, and spoke several times about how much he sincerely enjoys his work. I feel this is something that becomes immediately obvious once you spend time around him.
I’m not particularly fond of waffle or unnecessary small talk. I prefer people who are direct, knowledgeable, and authentic. Chris struck me as someone who not only possesses a profound understanding of London, but who also pays close attention to the personalities of the people he’s dealing with in order to give them the best possible experience. That level of awareness and effort is rare.
