Loud, poor upkeeping, limited translation, to expensive

With a "time machine" (elevator) you go back in time. There are many videos where you can choose your language - it the buttons work. If they do work you get blasted away with not only your chosen language but Estonian at the same time :-O
Or there are supposed to be funny and geared towards children (?) but I found them very poorly done.
There is a lot to read but only in Estonian. No translation, no QR codes leading to a translation. We were especially interested in the re-indepence only there is nothing. There should be a video but it is not working (as the on the first floor).
Some visitor's areas are used as storage :-O
If you charge big money you have to deliver. We missed advertising for the Estonian Museum Card.
