点评：Hi this is the a member of staff from the Dun Cow in Durham.
We are having problems replying to your messages.
First of all thank you all for your positive and friendly reviews we appreciate it.
However we find that we have to reply to the latest one from Marc.
You and the woman who was with you came into the pub around 10.30pm.
You had obviously had drinks elsewhere and we were in two minds to serve the woman with you.We did to save the embarrassment.
As it was last drinks anyway.
You both then went into the lounge as bar as we had quite a rowdy crowd in the front.
A customer then approached us saying the woman had smashed a full wine glass and looked like she d had to much to drink that's the reason we did not serve her when she came back to the bar.
You both sat on your phones and we guessed your were writing a review .
You both had wrote one on Google reviews aswell but luckily they have taken the woman's off as it's a fabricated story.
We have to standby the licienceing laws at the pub and we will refuse people alcohol if we think they've had to much.
