点评：I was a first-time rider who followed every instruction carefully. Before the midpoint, I attempted to accelerate but the sled didn't respond — the speed is governed automatically at that stage. At the midpoint, an attendant instructed me to push the handles forward; I complied immediately and maintained full acceleration for the entire remainder of the ride without once applying the brakes. The ride felt completely normal and enjoyable.
Upon exiting, I was blindsided. The attendant made a condescending remark about my speed and suggested the ride "might not be suitable" for me — despite my full compliance with every instruction. There was no basis for this comment.
If you are a nervous or first-time rider, be aware: you may be mocked at the exit regardless of how well you followed instructions. I reported this formally with my wristband ID and requested a video review. Management responded with a generic apology and never confirmed whether footage was actually reviewed.
