Ponderosa Zoo的点评
点评：Approximately £34 for a family of 4 which in this current climate is thought was very reasonable.
This was our first visit here even though we only live 45 minutes away, I wasn't aware it existed untill recently! No small children with us just 3 adults and an animal loving teen. This zoo is definitely more for younger children.
Firstly the gift shop where you can photo the map of the zoo. I was disappointed that I couldn't purchase a fridge magnet as I personally like to collect them on my travels. There isn't much in the gift shop in my opinion which is a shame. I think if they had more zoo branded items it could make them more money.
It is a small zoo so don't expect tigers and penguins etc.
I was concerned at the size of some enclosures. Specifically the arctic foxes. Their enclosure seemed in a sorry state. The old raccoon dogs are beautiful.
Unfortunately the lakeside restaurant was closed for an event, the pizza shed was also closed so everyone was at the cafe so we ended up grabbing a mcdonalds on the way home.
It would have been nice to be told of the closures at the desk on the way in but nevermind. The lemur walk through was closed for the morning but did open at half 1. We were there at 11 so didn't bother hanging around to see them.
Our whole visit took approximately 2 hours but I imagine if you have younger children you'll spend longer there as there are a few play areas for them.
Perfect for families with younger children for a day out.

我们整个行程大约花了2个小时，但我想如果你带着小一点的孩子，可能会待更久，因为那里有几个儿童游乐区。
这里非常适合带小朋友的家庭一日游。
