点评：12/10, thoroughly enjoyed the experience of hiking through the Balkan Alps with my dad !! I did the Peaks of the Balkans - 11 days self-guided hike in September. I went for holidays and wanted to focus on the hiking only whilst I let the agency to take care of my accommodation, food and the route planning.
Mergim, was an amazing support keeping in touch with us on the phone every day, checking in on us, advising on the weather and alternative routes when needed. Although I booked a self-guided tour and was hiking without a guide I felt like Mergim took care of us beyond my expectations, giving us tips for hikes and guesthouses and when it got hard he was always supportive which made a positive difference to our experience. The whole trip was well organised by Summit Balkans - I can only recommend this company :-)
