We toured with Stokman Safari for ~7 days across Nairobi, Naivasha and Masai Mara.
Throughout the entire process, the entire team was extremely diligent, helpful and welcoming to say the least. Vanesa, who was the customer experience SPOC was extremely kind and approachable to talk to. She took regular feedbacks to ensure our experience was up to the mark.
The highlight of our experience however, was Steven, the tour guide. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best spots for wildlife sightseeing, clicking photos. He is very passionate and proud of his Kenyan heritage, which rubs off on you the more you interact with him. He is very well versed with the region, knows the wildlife like the back of his hand. He's one of the most authentic tour guides I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with, in the sense that he truly cares about the client experience and will go the extra mile to ensure the utmost satisfaction.
Whenever I decide to visit Kenya next, I'm fairly confident Stokman Safari will be my go-to guides. For anyone uncertain, you won't regret it - and I mean it!
