点评：We were driving from Arenal to Monteverde with our 3 teenage daughters and after reading reviews picked Manakin waterfalls over La Fortuna waterfall as a place to break the journey. What a great decision!! We were greeted with a Friendly welcome and an Informative overview about what to expect. We walked to all waterfalls , all of which were very different and beautiful! We had an amazing swim in rainbow waterfall which was breathtaking ( literally whilst swimming!) with just one other couple there it was a fantastic experience. The walk wasn’t long , but it wqs hot and many steps , don’t let that put you off , there was plenty of shade and places to top up your water bottles and lovely views . We were collected at the meeting point and driven back to the car park where there are bathrooms and a restaurant . If you want to escape the crowds and break the journey this is the place to go … Thank you Manakin Waterfalls Nature Reserve hidden Costa Rica at its best !
