点评:May 10th Mothers Day I along with 11 family menbers attending their Sunday Brunch. The Brunch was outstanding and great staff. It wasn't until we went down to the lake area to sit down and enjoy the view and company when things went not so good. We enter from the back area and got a table. After that I went up to see about a waiter or waitress and was told since I didn't sign in with the receptionist we would have to wait 45mins for service. The receptionist was rude and told us we didn't follow the rules. Not a good way to start off. Once the 45mins wore off the receptionist came over to see if we wanted anything and we said we had already gone for our drinks ourselves. She then stated you will have to wait another 45mins to get served or maybe not. Since you have two entrances to obtain a table things need to be changed. Other people beside us were doing the same thing. The waiters and waitress loose money as well. Hopefully the management will look into this and make changes starting with your receptionist.
