点评：Booked through Booking.com with a partnerdeal ( was Agoda) and they did not send our booking to the accomodation. The accomodation checked days if they could find our booking but they did not receive this. Qe contacted booking.com and they would not really help us so we wanted to cancel but booking could bot do this only the accomodation. The accomodation did not have a BOOKING TO CANCEL. Rafiqa from BNL2 was so helpfull and contacted Booking for us and sent them and us a email with their approval of cancellation. In the future we would love to stay here because the service was amazing. booking.com just ruined it this time after we already paid so there was no guarantee of a booking or we had to book twice and i also fell ill. Lovely service!
