The Fairlawns Spa的点评
点评：Ok so as being a member of fairlawns spa I am truly in shock !!!
The lack of empathy the club shows towards members is appalling…
So for months on end a friend of mine has been targeted by a member of staff about being loud in the gym .
Surely as a fitness instructor they should
Encourage you to train hard and feel good about being yourself. Clearly in this instance wasn’t the case …. He has been hounded by one staff member in particular ( jack ) .
Where he doesn’t fit in at the clubs or how they see it. The action that have been towards him have been appalling in and targeted behaviour.
I myself have never had a warning about anything in the gym and have been a member for over a year during this time helped another of staff save someone’s life .
Through my time there I have made plenty of friends in there and always encourage people to do their best and help out anyone if I can. ( maybe they didn’t like that ) recently this abuse happened again so i intervened and I said it was bang out of order . Which it is considering at the time there wasn’t many people in the gym to even acknowledge the noise he was making.
I got swore at by this particular member of staff saying “ are you taking the f”ing piss “ I don’t think he liked someone defend his actions .!!!
How ever best resolved I shook his hand and said let’s just forget about the altercation and let’s just get on with our days ahead.
The next day however going through my emails I found out that my membership had been terminated by SAM the manager without even a warning or anything .
So I was swore at by a member of staff and was defending someone who was being bullied , to get my membership terminated is an absolute disgrace.
The manager said ( it’s not that kind of gym ) but clearly the staff can do what they want/say to paying members with no consequences.
Since I have left the gym Iv met up with a few people from the gym
who think the gym Has changed and not for the best . It’s dirty in the changing areas , not many people wipe down the equipment after use and the staff have become rude and obnoxious….
I think for 4 ⭐ hotel and spa you would think they would be polite to members and encourage people to be in a happy environment… this isn’t the case . You feel more and more like you can’t say anything or do anything to make yourself happy in this place , if your face doesn’t fit they will get you out and this is a fact .!
For the money you pay for the gym and spa I think you should be treated with the same respect they show others but it’s not all equal there and members are singled out in my eyes….
I wouldnt recommend the spa and gym if you value your own self respect cause from what Iv heard they have belittled a few members over the last few months and joke about you behind your back .
The atmosphere doesn’t seem great as of late from what Iv heard and is getting worse .
