点评：I cannot begin to express how wonderful this experience was. Just amazing! Valentina and Antonio were the ultimate hosts. They are both exceptional individuals and a beautiful couple. From the moment we arrived until our departure we felt pampered and welcomed into their beautiful outdoor kitchen and living space. The gardens and backyard setting were lovely. For a real Italian feel book this cooking class and not a city restaurant class.
Now for the food! I would have to say It was the best meal we had on our vacation and we made it! Incredible homemade gnochi, eggplant parm and tiramisu were all delicious. I only wish I could duplicate this meal and experience now that I’m home. Valentina is a great, patient cooking teacher/chef. We never felt rushed and savoured every minute soaking up her expertise and guidance.
It was bittersweet saying goodbye to them as we just loved our time spent with them. I hope to return one day and would book with them again. Telling my friends! I highly recommend this experience. A memory I will never forget. You will have fun, a wonderful meal and time spent with a very special family. Don’t hesitate to, book and have the BEST time. Thank you Valentina and Antonio for the food, drinks (Antonio’s Limoncello was exquisite), laughs, hospitality and sharing your skill and beautiful home with us ❤️
