点评：On April 18, 2026 we (with my husband) booked a flight to Philippines using ASAP tickets. Geneva was the agent who assisted our call. During our call, she gave us different flight air fare on the dates which we plan to be in the Philippines. Finally, we found a cheaper price so we decided to get it. Then she asked me if we would add ticket protection. I asked the price but was over $300 for each passenger so I said NO. We paid our flight reservation. After a few days, I found out she deducted an extra amount of $665.16 aside from the plane ticket fare. I immediately emailed the agent. She told me it was for the plane ticket protection so I mailed her back that I didn't agree that she would put the plane ticket protection since our trip schedule was definite. She also gave me the customer service email address where I could send my complaint. We emailed back and forth but the ending they said that the plane ticket is non refundable. I emailed them back to explain that I did not agree for the said amount but still they insisted that THEY WONT GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY SINCE ITS NON REFUNDABLE. THEY REALLY SCAMMED MY MONEY. NEVER ASAP TICKETS FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY TRICKY. THEY WILL GIVE YOU ALL THEIR MONEY SCAMMING PROGRAMS THEN PUT YOU IN ONE EVEN YOU SAID NO... WATCH OUT FOR THEIR TRICKS... THEY ARE SOOOO NICE TO TALK YOU AROUND...😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
