点评：A real let down.
We travelled from Portsmouth to Jersey on the Stena Vinga as we love the slow leisurely ride. The ship was great and staff so polite and friendly and we had lovely food, the problem was the return journey which we had also booked for the night crossing on the same ship.
We received a phone call 3 days before we were due to come home to say that our sailing had been cancelled due to "technical difficulties" and we would now have to return on the Levante Jet fast ferry which left the same day but 3.5 hours earlier. Given that the Vinga was sailing the day before our crossing, I can only assume that there were no. "technical issues" only low passenger numbers and that's why the sailing was cancelled so that everyone could be shoved on one boat.
We had booked a cabin, and my parents had booked premium lounge seats for the return journey,neither of which were available on levante. These were promptly refunded but we were very disappointed with the alterations.
The levante was not relaxing at all and reminded me of a large bus!!! Cramped seating, uncomfortable and boring and the food left much to be desired, on the plus side, staff were nice and friendly.
We never had these problems with Condor, we have booked a holiday to Jersey for next year so really hoping for improvements, or a change of ferry company.
