Overrated experience due to rude personal!

点评：Unfortunately, my experience at Barón Balché was extremely disappointing. The employee who was supposed to be our tour guide was rude, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. I simply mentioned that I was going to take a moment to have a sip of my coffee, and he immediately implied that I did not want to take the tour. He then pointed at his watch and dismissively told me he did not have time to wait.
I completely understand that tours run on a schedule, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate that to guests. His attitude made me feel extremely unwelcome.
What made the experience even worse was that I tried to address the situation while I was there, but no one was able to provide a satisfactory solution or take responsibility.
Unfortunately, one employee’s lack of professionalism completely ruined my visit. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Barón Balché.!!! Valle is not a vive due to excessive cost and bad service!! Remember Tulum is happening right before your eyes!
