Horrible experience! definitely not worth the money
Moonfish Glass Bottom Boats - Sa Coma的点评
点评：We booked the 1.5-hour Moonfish boat trip from Sa Coma, mainly for the swimming and snorkelling stop at Cala Morlanda. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience.
The sea was extremely rough and the boat was rocking violently throughout the journey. Almost everyone on board appeared to feel unwell, including myself and my children. We have been on many boat trips in different countries and have never experienced anything like this. It was impossible to enjoy the journey.
The swimming stop was supposed to be around 20–30 minutes but was only about 10 minutes, in very rough and deep water, making it practically impossible for the children to swim or snorkel. They were very excited about the trip and had brought their snorkels, but ended up feeling so unwell that they didn't even want to get back on the return boat.
I complained to Moonfish afterwards and was very disappointed by their response. They refused to offer any compensation and even suggested that we should have taken seasickness tablets. I find that response ridiculous and unprofessional. This wasn't simply a case of one person suffering from seasickness — virtually everyone on the boat was affected by the conditions.
I appreciate that sea conditions can change, but this is a leisure excursion, not a water taxi. The boat journey itself should be an enjoyable part of the experience. Moonfish should take responsibility for the quality of the experience they provide rather than simply saying the trip was "safe" to operate.
We paid over €100 for a very unpleasant experience and were offered no compensation whatsoever. I would not recommend this trip.
