I had a fantastic experience with Salty Wines in Lanzarote and can highly recommend them. Specialising in the unique volcanic wines of Lanzarote and the Canary Islands, they offer personalised wine tastings and guided visits to carefully selected wineries that truly showcase the island’s heroic viticulture.
What stands out most is the excellent service and deep knowledge. Anita, the founder (WSET Diploma and professional sommelier as well as tourist guide), and her team are passionate, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. During the tastings they explain the terroir, the traditional farming methods and the character of each wine in a clear, engaging and approachable way. On the winery visits the same expertise shines through — you leave with a real understanding of the landscape, the producers and the wines themselves.
Everything feels personal and well-organised, whether it’s a private tasting tailored to your preferences or a full enotourism experience combining cellar visits and tastings. The combination of high-quality local wines and outstanding, knowledgeable hospitality makes every moment memorable.
Highly recommended for anyone wanting to discover Lanzarote through its wines. I’ll definitely book again!
