Overpriced, not as advertised and not value for money!!

点评：I bought this experience as a Christmas gift for my daughter's partner. They visited on Saturday, 30 May 2026, and unfortunately found it very disappointing.
Although the owl experience was advertised as lasting 20 minutes, they said it actually lasted around 5-10 minutes. They were told that because the weather was hot, the bird would not be flown very far, as it was older and tired. They completely understand that animal welfare must come first, but feel that if this was known in advance, they should have been contacted and given the option to postpone their visit.
They also felt that the general admission charge was poor value for money and estimated it was worth no more than £5, rather than the £15 per person paid in addition to the experience itself.
Would they recommend it? No. They have previously taken part in other bird-of-prey experiences and felt those were far superior in both value and overall experience.
