点评：Saw the reviews and contacted Manisha at Augy. We both discussed and she curated a special itinerary for us as we wanted to be on an off-beat trail to suit our interests & other things like our age factor and luxury stds. Was patient with many iterations and then her boss Tanmay took over from there. My friend insisted on some last minute change of properties with upgrades like Club Mahindra at Binsar, Echor at Ranikhet, Himalayan Retreat at Kausani and Fortune ITC at Haldwani. In fact, 2 days b4 travel, we changed our halt from Bhimtal to Haldwani which was also accommodated by Tanmay without any complaint nor any extra money. We were 1st a group of 4, then we added 1 and then 2 weeks b4 travel, added 1 more. We started with Sedan, then Innova and then finally TT. Everything was arranged to the t ......exceptional coordination throughout from prepn to reaching back home in B'lore. Daily weather updates, road blocks, Plan B re-routing with extra kms but did not crib about extra money, road & weather condn being inclement, driving was restricted to 8 AM to 5 PM, which every single day got extended to 7 PM, not charged though contract read Rs. 200/hr ........list is endless.........small but large as gestures. Never knew them until we saw the site accidentally thro' a holiday aggregator portal.......extremely happy to hv contacted them. To Manisha & Tanmay -- thank you from the bottom of our hearts......Prayers & Wishes to continue to excel in the service level standards.....remain grounded as you are & May God Bless you to guide & take more such of us to places dearer in Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand.
