点评：Nuwan (Indunil) was recommended to us by a friend. We contacted him several months out to drive us on our preferred itinerary.
We agreed what we thought was a fair price and paid 1/4 of the total up front.
There was a slight problem on arrival with the initial car ( which was entirely out of Nuwara control). Nuwan sorted this out admirably and we had 10 days with him on a fairly long tour from Koggala up to Nuwara Elia. Then to Habarana via Kandy and finally Anuradhapura before returning to Colombo.
Driving is not an easy pastime here. It’s pretty chaotic and a lot of the roads inland remain affected by the landslides last year but Nuwan was safe, speedy and careful.
He had lots of suggestions as to things to do and organised several trips out for us which were at very reasonable cost compared to the deals from the hotels, and were great. ( Jeep safaris to Wilpattu and Hurulu Eco Park, and a guide round the ancient sites in Anuradhapura and Polonaruwa ). Despite the panic buying of fuel ( due to the current issues in the Gulf) he managed to get us where we wanted on time and safely.
His minivan was comfortable and there was always plenty of water.
I managed to leave my glasses in the minivan on our departure but he took the time out to return to them to me.
