As former South African residence we know a lot about the country, have been on many Safaris but still wanted to entrust someone when booking our trip whilst we are living in Australia.
From the moment I contacted Greg his communication was excellent. A group chat was instantly set up between myself, Greg and the other family that joined us. Greg has a wealth of knowledge and put up with all our requests and requirements as we were a large group traveling together.
Not once did we have to wait on Greg for information or feel we were not a priority. With a 8 hour time difference Greg made it feel like a breeze booking our dream Safari.
We told Greg we wanted a once in a lifetime Safari experience and that is EXACTLY what he delivered. The location he suggested included us having our own private residence big enough for our whole family. The moment we walked into the house on the Safari Game Reserve we all felt like we were in a dream. Greg completely nailed the brief.
I would never ever bother booking my own accommodation/ Safari experience after dealing with Lush African Safaris. I honestly couldn't recommend Greg enough. He was the reason we now have memories for a lifetime.
