点评：I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the manager on duty at AirHop during my daughter's 8th birthday party David.
Unfortunately, an adult customer behaved inappropriately towards a group of children who were playing dodgeball, including throwing a ball aggressively and using unacceptable language. The situation became distressing for the children.
The David handled the incident exceptionally well. He intervened promptly, spoke to the individual, and when the situation escalated, he ensured the person was removed from the premises. Most importantly, he put the children's safety and wellbeing first. He took the children to a quiet room, reassured them, helped them calm down, and even provided complimentary slushies to lift their spirits.
David's professionalism, calm approach, and genuine care for the children turned a difficult situation into one where the kids felt safe and supported. Thank you for going above and beyond to protect the children and ensure my daughter's birthday celebration could continue. AirHop is fortunate to have such a dedicated manager on their team.
