点评：From the moment we stepped on board the Catamaran Falco, we knew we were in for an incredible week. Captain Dare and Host Marin, are the absolute Dream Team and such a Dynamic Duo! Dare and Marin went completely above and beyond to ensure every single detail of our trip was flawless. Their warmth, hard work, and amazing hospitality made our week incredibly special and one we will treasure forever.
Dare knows the area like the back of his hand and he took us to the most beautiful secluded coves and pretty harbour towns. His restaurant recommendations were absolutely spot on. Some of the restaurants were hidden away in breathtakingly beautiful coves, in the middle of nowhere - you’d never know they existed, let alone be able to get to them without a boat … and the food and wine served was exceptional - we felt very privileged to have been able to visit them.
Marin is extremely talented and skilful in the kitchen and the food on board was spectacular. Marin took great care in the preparation and presentation of every meal he served. Everyday we enjoyed superb breakfasts and lunches … Marin is also a bit of a demon when it comes to making cocktails, he makes a great Spicy Margarita, Espresso Martini (with a bit of a twist), Hugo Spritz, Aperol Spritz and an amazing G&T … but I’m sure he could turn his hand to whatever’s your tipple!!
As well as Dare and Marin, Catamaran Falco also deserves a mention. Falco is a stunning boat in pristine condition and was beautifully prepared for our arrival – everything on board was immaculate. We had previously been on larger boats and were expecting to feel quite cramped in a catamaran, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The cabins, beds and en-suite bathrooms were all a good size with plenty of storage and a comfy bed. The communal areas were also spacious and provided ample room for our party of 6 adults to lounge and gather comfortably.
We truly loved every minute of our time with Dare and Marin on board Falco and are already looking at when we are able to return.

我们非常享受与Dare和Marin一同乘坐Falco号的每一刻，现在已经在期待下次能再次成行了。
