I want to make people aware of my family's experience with **Subrang Bridal, Stratford Road, Birmingham**, and to hear from anyone else who may have had similar concerns.
My sister has experienced many of the same issues that other reviewers have described. We found the customer service to be very poor, and the member of staff we dealt with was rude and unhelpful throughout the process. What should have been an exciting time became extremely stressful and caused my sister significant anxiety, which also affected her health.
I am currently raising these concerns with the relevant authorities because I believe customers deserve to be treated fairly, professionally, and with respect.
