点评：I bought tickets for 4 of us. As we all know Florida weather can change. It started raining as soon as we arrived and the water was closed for over an hour. I did the required steps to request a voucher for another day. I spoke to a member of their team and I was guaranteed I would get tickets within a few days. I reiterated the urgency since I live out of the state. I attempted to get the vouchers for a few days and never heard back. I attempted several times. I messaged people via their chat explaining my situation, and I was told I would hear from management. I never did. I filled out a request to speak to a team member, they never reached out to me despite being told I would hear from them. I filled out a contact me for and without even reaching out to me, they made an assumption based I am assuming on what I had previously told people on thr chat.
翻译：我买了我们四个人的票。大家都知道佛罗里达的天气变化无常。我们刚到就下起了雨，水上乐园关闭了一个多小时。我按照要求申请了改期券。我联系了他们的工作人员，他们保证几天内就能给我票。我再次强调了情况紧急，因为我住在外州。我尝试了好几天才收到票，但一直没有回复。我尝试了好几次。我通过聊天功能联系了客服，解释了我的情况，他们说管理层会联系我。结果还是杳无音信。我填写了联系客服的申请表，他们也从未联系过我，尽管他们之前承诺会联系我。我又填写了联系表格，他们甚至都没联系我，就根据我之前在聊天中说的话做出了假设。
