Warning – unsafe and poorly managed snorkeling tour

点评：We booked this tour mainly because of Manta Bay, but we were not even allowed to enter the water there. First, the boat driver pointed at the time, and then the guide said there were no mantas to see, so we moved on without any attempt. This was the main reason for booking and extremely disappointing.
The entire snorkeling experience was rushed. We started 20 minutes late, but instead of adjusting the schedule, everything was cut short to about 1.5 hours total. People were constantly told to hurry up, and those who needed more time were shouted at. At one point we were told “this is not a private boat, move faster,” which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
More importantly, it felt unsafe. There was a strong current and it was difficult to swim back to the boat, yet there was no proper support. The boat was driven very close to people in the water with the motor running. At one point, several people tried to climb back onto the boat at the same time, all on one side, making the boat dangerously unstable and it nearly tipped. This showed a serious lack of safety management.
We raised concerns during and after the tour, but nothing was addressed.
Overall, this experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and unsafe. I would strongly not recommend this snorkeling tour!!!! Wast of time and money.
