Poorly organised and unsafe for beginers.

点评：We booked a snorkelling trip with this company in Nusa Penida and unfortunately had a very poor experience.
There was no proper briefing before entering the water. As first-time snorkellers, we expected at least some basic guidance on how to use the equipment or what to expect, but there was nothing.
At Manta Bay, the skipper spotted a manta and immediately told everyone to get in the water. This created complete chaos:
• People who couldn’t swim were clinging to the ladder in life jackets
• No staff were assisting people safely in or out of the boat
• No explanation or supervision
After this first experience, I chose not to go back in and instead ended up helping other guests back onto the boat, as some were clearly struggling.
Each stop felt rushed – only a short amount of time in the water before being told to get back in and move on. There was no structure or care for guest experience.
At the final stop, many people were allowed into very shallow water without fins, resulting in multiple guests cutting their feet on sharp coral. This showed a clear lack of basic safety awareness.
We were fortunate that another, more experienced couple helped explain how to use the equipment – something the company should have done themselves.
Overall, this felt poorly managed and not suitable for beginners. I would strongly question the safety standards of this operation.
