点评：This is an older winery that is a popular wine trail stop with mini-buses dropping off all kinds of groups. Thankfully, there is more than one tasting area & there is a good-sized staff of folks pouring wines to accommodate everyone. Our “sommelier”, Jessica, was very helpful with us sisters & so we were able to share one flight among the 3 of us. Although we did not find any one particular wine that we liked, Jessica blended two sparkling wines together @ the end of our tasting & we took that out to the lawn & kicked back in Adirondack style chairs while enjoying the views of the vines & Seneca Lake. An interesting oddity is that very audible, nearby air cannons accompany these relaxing views with frequent, loud booms to scare off birds. There are a good variety of prettily-labeled bottles of wine here, plus snacks & edibles & the staff is welcoming, polished & helpful.
