Karavitakis Winery的点评
点评：We visited Karavitakis Winery without a reservation because the place had been highly recommended. Our plan was simply to enjoy a couple of glasses of wine and buy some bottles to take home. The winery itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the service was disappointing.
There was only one other group present, and although the staff clearly saw us, no one greeted us or asked whether we wanted to taste any wines. After a while, a male staff member opened the shop door, but even then we received no guidance.
We spent quite some time looking at the products before he eventually mentioned that we could ask him for help if needed.
Overall, the visit felt very impersonal and lacked warmth. The location is lovely, but the service did not meet the expectations one usually has for a winery experience.
If you’re looking for a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, you may want to consider another winery.
