Chateau de Châteauneuf-en-Auxois的点评
点评：Some places are beautiful because of what you visit, others because of how they make you feel, and Châteauneuf-en-Auxois was definitely the second for us.
We loved the château, not only for its history and architecture, but for its wonderfully authentic atmosphere. Walking through the courtyards and old rooms, with those incredible views over the Burgundy countryside, you really feel transported somewhere else for a while. Nothing feels overly polished or staged, which is probably what we enjoyed most about it.
And don't rush away after the visit. Take some time to wander through the tiny medieval village surrounding the château, quiet streets, beautiful stone houses and little details everywhere. It all feels incredibly peaceful and almost untouched by time.
One of those stops that stays with you not because it tries too hard to impress, but because it simply has character. Very much worth discovering.
