点评：事前に最上階まで登れるチケットをオンラインで購入して訪れました。
しかし当日現地で突然「メンテナンスのためレベル6までしか登れない」と言われました。看板には9〜11月は保全等のため一部制限とありましたが、チケット購入時には何のアナウンスもなく、他の観光客も全員知らなかったようです。また、登れない階層があるにもかかわらず返金対応なども一切ありませんでした。
地元のガイドさんはとても親切で話も面白く、遺跡そのものの見応えは十分だっただけに、このような直前の案内不足と運営対応は非常に残念に感じました。
訪問予定の方は、直前のメンテナンス情報を入念にチェックしておくことを強くおすすめします。
I booked the ticket online in advance to climb to the very top. But when I arrived, I was told I could only go up to Level 6 due to maintenance (a sign indicated restrictions from Sept to Nov for site preservation).
This notice was nowhere to be found when purchasing the ticket online, and other visitors were equally confused. No partial refund was given either, which felt unfair.
The ruins themselves were wonderful, and our local guide was fantastic and knowledgeable. It’s a shame the venue's management and communication are so poor. Make sure to double-check the latest access restrictions before you buy your ticket!
