Staffa Tours的点评
点评：Lunga and Staffa were excellent. Well worth going, and fully live up to the billing. The staff on the boat were exemplary. Friendly, helpful, informative. At £85 for a six hour trip it seemed a little steep, but comparable with other similar offerings. However, our first 45 minutes was spent waiting on a sensibly full boat without explanation. Then the coach trip arrived, and the boat was so full it was impossible to move. The 100 or so of us shared a single toilet, and it was clear many struggled to interpret the instructions. Time on Lunga was reasonably relaxed, if slightly shorter than advertised. Time on Staffa was much shorter than promoted and barely enough to get along the causeway to Fingal's Cave and back again, certainly not enough to explore anything else of the island. We then rushed back, much earlier than expected. It would appear that was to let the coach trip have a couple of hours on Iona and catch the ferry back. £85 ( each) somehow didn't seem quite such good value then. It was an enjoyable, if cramped, trip, but I had expected something more relaxed.
