点评：Visiting the Dead Sea was the absolute highlight of our trip to Israel. There are very few places on Earth where you can experience something so unique, and floating in these mineral-rich waters is truly a memory I will cherish forever.
The Experience
From the moment you step into the water, you feel the sensation of buoyancy—it is physically impossible not to float! It is such a relaxing and almost surreal feeling. We spent a good portion of the day alternating between floating in the crystal-clear water and applying the famous mineral mud. My skin felt incredibly soft afterward, and the whole experience was like having a natural, outdoor spa day.
Tips for Future Visitors:
Protect Your Skin: Avoid shaving your legs or underarms the day of your visit, as the high salt content will sting any small cuts or nicks!
Footwear: Wear water shoes. The salt crystals along the shoreline can be sharp, and they make walking much more comfortable.
Timing: Try to go early in the morning or later in the afternoon to avoid the midday heat. The light at sunrise or sunset creates the most beautiful photographs against the backdrop of the desert mountains.
The Rinse: Be sure to shower off thoroughly with fresh water right after getting out to remove the salt and mud residue.
