点评：Chadwick House Museum is a hidden gem in Shimla and definitely worth a visit, especially if you're interested in history and public administration. It is one of its kind as an Audit and Accounts Museum and was inaugurated in 2024 by the Comptroller and Auditor General (C&AG) of India.
The entry ticket was around ₹50 per person, which is excellent value considering the quality of the experience. The exhibits are modern, informative, and highly interactive, making the museum engaging for visitors of all ages. A complimentary guide was also available, who explained the displays and the history behind them in a very informative way.
Another pleasant surprise was the museum café. It serves one of the most affordable and delicious breakfasts I found in Shimla, making it a great place to relax after exploring the museum.
Overall, Chadwick House Museum offers a unique combination of history, interactive learning, and great food. I highly recommend adding it to your Shimla itinerary.
