点评：Karen Blixen Museum is a beautiful house in a beautiful location at the foot of the Ngong Hills with a rich history of an incredible woman who lived Africa and the people who lived and worked on her farm. The house is as it was, authentic, and some of her possessions available on display to see. Her life in Africa is seen through her artwork on display, as well as photographs and the information given by the guide who walks you through the house. We took a short taxi from Okash City Boutique, Nairobi to the house which was a lovely drive. We walked through the grounds of the house on the nature trail and to the coffee factory seeing beautiful creatures as we walked. There were toilets and a cafe available on site. It was a peaceful haven. Dream come true to visit Karen Karen. Surprise treat to see Karen Blixen’s incredible artwork too. Fans of “Out of Africa” book and / or film will not be disappointed!
