Fantastic, educational and very moving.
The National Holocaust Museum的点评
点评:We visited here on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted by two lovely members of staff, who showed us the route around the museum.
It was quite quiet and whilst this made for a great experience for us, I hope this fantastic museum has many visitors as it’s a brilliant place to visit.
We had a baby in a pram with us and all the exhibits were accessible to us and step free access was available everywhere for disabled visitors too.
The main exhibition was very interesting and we spent a good hour or so in the section of the museum before enjoying a drink and sandwich in the very reasonably priced cafe. The food was good quality.
Afterwards we visited ‘The Journey’ which was a brilliant interactive display that was really engaging and was suitable for younger visitors learning about The Holocaust.
Finally we walked through the beautiful memorial gardens.
I’d highly recommend a visit. We are English Heritage members for benefitted from 2 for 1 entrance but at full price I’d still think this was great value for money.
